Hi I'm Allyza Marie Raboy studying at Ilocos Sur National High School. I know that I'm just an ordinary person, a student, who have care and love to her country and to her fellow men. And if I'm giving a chance to request to you sir. I want to help my fellow youth in our barangay, because many of us stop studying. Sir I know you can help me and give us a program that is all about education. Please help my fellow youth to enter us in scholarship program. So that they can continue their study and give importance about it.
